Kykladitikos Kedros is a brand new building on a 13,000m² unspoiled piece of land, where children can play safely all over the property. The Skourtis family come from a Greek-German background and want to make their contribution to the protection of the environment. Consequently, there are solar heaters for hot water and no swimming pool or air conditioning. Rainwater is gathered during winter to be used in the garden, where the wild vegetation has been retained. The amazing 500-year-old cedar tree invites you to sit nearby and read and relax.
